Service Scope
Jaynextech LLC ("Jaynextech", "we") provides Kajabi-related professional services including website setup, funnel and automation builds, course migration, website design, monthly maintenance, and site audits. Specific deliverables for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Project Payments
All projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. Remaining balances are due according to the agreed schedule. Final deliverables are released after full payment is received. Late payments may pause active work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content, brand assets, platform access, and timely feedback. Delays in client deliverables may extend project timelines.
Timelines
Estimated timelines are confirmed during discovery. Jaynextech makes commercially reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by client, third-party platforms, or events outside our control.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds confirmed in scope. Additional revisions are billed at the published hourly rate.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables built specifically for them. Jaynextech retains rights to underlying methods, templates, and any reusable components. Jaynextech may display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Jaynextech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
