Digital Services
Jaynextech provides custom digital services that require dedicated time and expertise. Once work has begun on a project, fees for that work are non-refundable.
Consultations and Audits
Paid consultations and Kajabi site audits are non-refundable once the call is held or the audit report is delivered. If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you may reschedule once at no charge.
Project Deposits
Project deposits secure your slot in the production calendar and cover initial discovery and scoping work. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation
If you cancel an active project, you are responsible for fees corresponding to all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused portion of pre-paid fees will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly Maintenance
Monthly maintenance plans may be cancelled with seven days written notice before the next billing cycle. Already-paid monthly fees are not pro-rated.
